Val has been interested in holistic health for many years. She graduated from the respected Florida School of Massage in Gainesville. This intensive program demands over 700 hours of training in a variety of modalities. She completed the Raindrop Practitioner training from the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education which included training in Vita Flex, Raindrop Treatment, Emotional release with Essential oils and Essential Oil Chemistry. She is able to use Reflex Points and
Energy Muscle Testing for evaluating each client, horse or human, to
utilize the wisdom of our own bodies for healing.

Val lives on a horse farm in the beautiful Ocala area with five horses, a dog, a cat, two turtles, several other humans and a variety of wildlife. She has been involved in the horse industry for as long as she can remember and also holds Certificates in Equine Sports Massage, Reiki, Touch for
Health, Chair Yoga and has training in Alternative Equine Therapies, Ortho-Bionomy, Acupressure and Resistance/Release work with Deane Juhan, from the Esalen Institute and author of Job's Body. She is constantly attending educational workshops to expand her knowledge and expertise. Val is currently enrolled in Thai Yoga Massage & Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training.
